“What is the best exercise for abs?”
Yep I get asked this one all the time. But for some reason about 99% of people don’t really like my answer and I believe that at least 50% already know the answer deep down but hope that I say something different, that in all my research and with all my expertise I can through my words create a transformative physiological miracle within their bodies and give them a six-pack.
I am extremely busy and have little free time so people often chat to me over lunch.
This is fortunate for them though because I can share the secret abdominal exercise that I truly believe is the best way to get a six-pack faster than anything else.

Me: “I’ll show you.”
Step 1: I point at the box of food I am eating.
Step 2: I take my fork and dig out some of my freshly prepared clean food.
Step 3: I eat the forkful of food, chew thoroughly and swallow.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3.
It’s really that simple. I also have a backup technique where I just mime eating the food out of an imaginary box if I get asked at other times as well.
Seriously, Until we ascend as a species to be able to precisely control our metabolic rates with the power of our thoughts through quantum physics, the reality remains that there is not an abdominal exercise that exists in this universe that will give you a visible six-pack if you do not already have one. Abdominal exercises make your abdominals stronger but aesthetically can only make a good set of abs great, that’s the reality.
